Return & Exchange Policy

At MyKitab, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our exchange and refund policy below:

Customized Products
Customized products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are damaged due to our manufacturing defect.

Non-Customized Products
Products purchased from MyKitab (excluding customized items) can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused and undamaged condition.

Damaged Customized Products
If a customized product is damaged due to our manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new product at no additional cost.

Refund Process
For refund requests, customers must return the product via any courier service at their own expense. Upon receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition, we will initiate the refund process within 4-5 working days.

Note: All exchange and refund requests must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
